Cal State Fullerton Assistant Coach
Nick Milan
“From the first time watching EBC play, Coach Nick Crossan’s passion for the game was evident from the amount of energy and excitement his teams play with. I know players from EBC are prepared for the next level due its college-like atmosphere and emphasis on skill development. I’m very grateful to have met Coach Nick and appreciate his honesty, knowledge of the game, and desire for player success.”

I have got to know Coach Nick over the course of the past 4 years in his capacity as the director of EBC and I can’t talk more highly of the way in which he approaches his club. The direction and leadership that he has shown with the passion, drive, and compassion for young athletes is second to none and this shows with the sort of recruits he is able to produce. What impresses me above all is that Nick and the team at EBC have the athlete at the very heart of everything they do and not only are they readying young people for college but for life also. They really do epitomize what family is, through thick and thin they stick together but they grow and develop at the same time.

“EBC values the diversity of the young people they serve. They are committed to creating a diverse working environment and fostering an inclusive space, treating all with respect. EBC is fully committed to the whole development of the young athletes and brings out the person’s talents and strengths. I have watched the growth and development of EBC over the years and see that same success story in the young athletes with skill development and basketball IQ. I find that Coach Nick coaches with such a passion and love of the game, it is contagious with his program.”
