EBC Training Centers provides an intense training program to help develop fundamental basketball skills and to also introduce the ideals of good sportsmanship, teamwork, self-confidence, pride, courage, and respect for others to the members of our community.

EBC's on-court development consists of intense physical training combined with high-level instruction. Our goal is to assure that our players are mentally and physically conditioned on the game of basketball. We preach that players are always in "game-mode" by practicing at game speed to prepare them to make natural movements and decisions during competition. We believe in steady growth and future development — your son or daughter will learn how to play the game of basketball the right way with the skills to benefit them for future teams and coaches at the next level of their playing careers.

Mission Statement

EBC Training Centers strives to assist our young student athletes develop to their full potential as people, students and athletes. We believe that athletic participation helps students in the formation of values and their development as mature individuals. It also helps in dealing with victory and success but also with losing and failure.

Our basketball program will instill values that are important in every walk of life. Hard work will maximize each individual’s potential. Positive mental attitude will help young people sustain an effort through good and bad times and allow them to develop as well-rounded, mature young men and women.

Through our commitment to unselfish play, we will help student-athletes realize the importance of teamwork in achieving life goals. As a part of a team, they must learn the importance of responsible behavior on and off the basketball court as well as the importance of respect for coaches, teammates, and themselves.

We believe that our enthusiasm and knowledge of the game, our ability to outwork opponents along with our commitment to excellence, will lead to success not only in basketball but more importantly, in life.

Refund Policy

EBC Camps, Clinics, and Program Refund Policy

At EBC, we strive to achieve complete client satisfaction in everything we do. We understand that sometimes life circumstances may change, and in those instances, refunds may be necessary. However, please review our policy details below:

1. Non-Refundable Fees
   All camps, clinics, and program fees, including tryout and season fees, are non-refundable once payment has been made and registration has been completed. This includes both the entire season fee and any subsequent monthly payments. Upon registration, the full financial obligation for the season is confirmed, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Early Withdrawal Due to Injury
   A special exception may be considered for early withdrawal due to injury. In such cases, documentation of the injury may be required, and a partial refund or account credit may be issued depending on the circumstances.

3. Covid-19 Related Refunds
   Refunds will not be processed for cancellations or changes due to Covid-19 related circumstances. However, we will consider offering account credits on a case-by-case basis.

4. Private Training and Group Packages
   Refunds for private training or group training packages will not be issued after one or more sessions have been attended. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us in advance, but once a session has been completed, no refund will be processed.

5. Refund Request Process
   If a refund is deemed necessary and falls within the guidelines outlined, refund requests must be submitted via email to info@ebconefamily.com within 90 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.

6. Account Credit
   In cases where a refund is not applicable, we may offer an account credit for future programs or services. This decision will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
